Improvements in digital services

 

To meet the growing demand, we have developed digital customer service channels and expanded the options for managing memberships online. Our goal is to enable a more agile and seamless customer experience. 

Over the past year, we have developed our centralized customer service channels to be increasingly multichannel. New additions include phone service and Live Chat with a customer service specialist with extended opening hours.

With upcoming updates, you'll soon be able to take care of the following matters remotely – even from the comfort of your couch:

• Paying an overdue invoice, if payment is no longer possible via the payment method linked to your membership
• Using sports benefits to your active membership

We’ll inform separately once these updates are available.

 

Reception services will be removed from certain gyms starting from Mon 24.11.2025

 

Reception services will be centralized to Service Centers. Due to this, reception services will be discontinued at certain gyms starting from Monday 24.11.2025.

Will the staff be removed from the gyms?

 

Of course not. It’s important to us that our staff are a visible part of the training experience being present and available to support when needed. Going forward, members will be able to ask for help even more conveniently from Gym Host about the machines, membership or the app.

You might also come across our Quality and Safety Support staff at the gym. They are responsible for tasks such as equipment maintenance, safety checks, and general upkeep of the facilities.

 

New Circuit Training -class

 

As part of the upcoming update, we’ll soon be adding Gym Host-led sessions also to gyms that currently don’t offer group training.

You can book your spot in these sessions from the Fitness24Seven app by tapping the “Book a class” button — regardless of whether the gym is a Group center or not.

A new addition to the schedule will be Circuit Training, a guided circuit workout held in the gym area. Existing services like Gym Intro (Laiteopastus) and A Big Hello will remain available. You can read more about the different classes here.
