You can now manage your membership remotely
This announcement concerns Fitness24Seven’s reception, cashier services, and digital services.
Reception and cashier services are moving online
To meet growing demand and the continued growth of digital services, we have expanded our digital customer service channels and improved the ability to manage memberships online. Our goal is to provide a smoother and more flexible customer experience.
As a result of this development, reception and cashier services at all Fitness24Seven gyms will move online by Monday, June 15, 2026. The transition has been implemented in phases as our digital services have developed over the past year, and some gyms have already made this change earlier. You can check the latest information on each gym’s webpage.
Manage your membership remotely
Over the past year, we have developed our centralized customer service into a more multi-channel experience. This now includes phone support and Live Chat with extended service hours.
With our latest updates, you can now take care of the following remotely, even from the comfort of your home:
- Freeze your membership or end the freezing in advance
- Pay overdue invoices if payment is no longer possible via your selected membership payment method
- Share a trial workout with a friend using training passes available in the app
- Use Epassi for an active ongoing membership. Instructions here. (Payments via Edenred and Smartum will be available remotely starting 15.6.2026.)
- Report any issues at the gym directly through the app
- Purchase a corporate membership
- Purchase a youth membership
Are staff disappearing from the gyms?
Not at all. It is important to us that our staff remain part of your training experience. Our team members are still present at the gyms to help with equipment, the app, and any training-related questions.
They also ensure safety, maintenance, and overall comfort at the gym. Our staff is there for you, so don’t hesitate to ask for help during your workout.
In addition, small group classes led by our staff may be organized at the gyms. You can check class availability in the app:
- Select “Book a class” at the bottom of the app
- Open filters from the top right corner
- Choose your preferred gyms and save your selection
- Click “Show classes"
